What-to-Know Wednesday : Best Ways to Spend a Snow Day

If you live anywhere in or around New England, you've been living under a rock if you haven't heard about, seen, or experienced massive winter storm Stella over the past couple of days! To quote my aunt on Facebook...

This pretty much sums it up.

But it doesn't have to be all screaming in the streets! Whether you just got a day off from work or your spring break just got a little snowier, be sure to make the best of your snow day!

Drink lots of hot chocolate!

Catch up on that book you've been meaning to read but haven't gotten around to...because senior year.

Take lots of pictures (we might not ever have another blizzard of '78 to tell our kids about like our parents told us, but you never know what'll make history)!

Have some fun in the kitchen!

Have a movie day (or night)!

However you decide to spend your snow day, it's important to use this time as an opportunity to relax, reflect, and refuel for your return to school or work!

To any SMC readers, I hope you're all making the best of your Spring Break! To any prospective/accepted student readers, I hope you're all using this time to plan a visit to SMC for some of our upcoming Accepted Students Days! And lastly, to anyone who can't wait for spring, have faith - it's just around the corner!

Be sure to stay tuned for the next Sum-It-Up Sunday on the 19th!
