On this week's Sum-It-Up Sunday, I'm writing to you from our spring break here in the White Mountains of New Hampshire!

| It's always a beautiful drive from VT through the White Mountain National Forest! |

| With windchill temperatures of -45 degrees yesterday, skiing was not in the cards! So we bundled up and headed into North Conway to our favorite spot, Zeb's General Store! |

| But for the rest of the day, we were indoor-bound, and it only seemed right to get creative with dinner. Chicken pot pie, anyone? |
